The following services and data is accessed by the app: HealthKit: • Read Resting Heart rate (Optional, by default 60, used as minimum default control value 0%) • Read Date of Birth (Optional, by default 30, calculates the maximum heart rate based on your age, used as maximum control value 100%) • Read Heart rate (To read heart rate during the workout and control your HomeKit accessories between your min and max control value) • Read/Write Workout (To start a workout) HomeKit: • Control fans that have dynamic speed enabled. • Control lights that have brightness enabled.
