Cogo - Attention Training im Vergleich zu Behaviour Smart Nutzung und Statistiken
Cogo is a patented, scientifically validated game-based digital therapeutic attention training program that aims to effectively improve children's attention abilities. The technology is based on Brain-Computer Interface (BCI).
Researchers have demonstrated, in various clinical trials, Cogo's efficacy. A randomised clinical trial involving 172 children with inattentive tendencies showed significant improvements and is supported by Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) brain scans, results of which were published in the prestigious journal ""Nature-Translational Psychiatry"".
Brain scans showed positive post-training effects observed in areas associated with attention. In a more recent trial using Cogo in home-based settings, clinicians likewise observed overall improvements in 78% of children with #attention problems.

Behaviour Smarts Post Incident Learning App is designed to work in conjunction with the Behaviour Smart software package but can also be used as a stand alone app. The Post Incident Learning (PIL) app is designed through research to teach individuals how to control their own behaviour. The simplicity of PIL means it can be used independently or with support, and can be personalised to the individual’s communication needs. PIL uses tried and tested theoretical approaches, which focus on experiences, feelings and behaviours.
The implementation of the PIL APP in a mainstream secondary school resulted in a 64.5% reduction in behaviour incidents.
