Listening to the audios you feel better and find new insights and solutions to the difficulty you are facing. The MYL approach is based in the international work of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and integrates a mediation framework and mindfulness.
The app is free and fully accessible to use. And there are options within the app to support the work of Mediate Your Life if you would like.
