SMPK formulates and conducts research & training programs/projects, and also collaborates with national and reputed institutes of excellence to undertake the research and findings in Cargo Handling, Hooghly River Study, WorkShops and training programs for the users. The relevant content for the above activities and magazines/stories/books/articles (in both Hindi & English language) are published in this Digital Library for the users.
