APP Ascendi im Vergleich zu E-REDES Digital Nutzung und Statistiken

A APP Ascendi proporciona aos utilizadores as seguintes funcionalidades: - Modo Exploratório - Pesquisar e pagar dívidas compreendidas num período de tempo e para uma determinada matrícula – nacional ou estrangeira sem ter uma conta criada. O utilizador poderá selecionar os itens que pretende pagar e fazer o pagamento através da APP Ascendi (Cartão, MBWay; RefMB). No que concerne à dívida noutros Operadores de cobrança, será disponibilizado um link para o pagamento da dívida nos portais respetivos. - Modo Logado (sessão iniciada): Aceder à dívida por NIF - pagar notificações e realização de ICI (Identificação de Condutor); Pesquisar por matrícula valores pendentes na Ascendi ou noutros Operadores de cobrança. Caso o utilizador possua identidade validada, poderá aceder ao resumo da notificação e aos detalhes das viagens. Sobre uma notificação, o utilizador poderá efetuar pagamento ou Identificação de Condutor. - Apoio a Clientes: Formulários de Contacto; Histórico de Contactos. - Alertas de dívida.
