Welcome to the Activate! mobile app! We, Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, together with MilkCrate LLC, created this app in order to assist you to increase your activities to feel better. This app uses Behavioral Activation which is an evidence-based strategy that helps us understand how behaviors influence emotions. You will be using activities that you select to improve your emotional state. This app is available to everyone.
