The Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN) is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to advancing cultures of inclusion and diversity in engineering higher education and applied professions. Serving as a catalyst for change, WEPAN connects people, research, and practice to enhance the success of women and other systemically marginalized groups in engineering. We offer powerful initiatives, projects and professional development that equip advocates with the tools to create sustainable, systems-level changes that allow ALL in engineering to thrive. This application serves as a home for WEPAN’s events as well as those for its grants and initiatives including the ARC Network and ACCESS+.
