Within FitWomen, there are hundreds of training plans for you. It will ask you a few questions and based on your answer the APP will generate the training plans for you. You can choose from where you want to train, which body part you want to train, or even you want to train with bodyweight or free weight/machines. You can find plans for different levels, different body parts, different places, and training styles.
We know females prefer bodyweight training, but if you want to get a more toned and fit body, the APP also provides you with you the option of training plans for gyms. Don’t afraid of getting to the gym again, since this time you have a mobile personal trainer with you!
The workout plans come with different levels. From Easy to hard, the APP will modify the level based on your progress. There is a perfect combination of weight training and cardio/HIIT training in the plan, which will give you the best results and feelings of the time you sweat and made the effort. All plans are designed by experienced fitness trainers, based on scientific researches. Each rep, set, exercise, and workout are generated specifically for you with the basic information you provide

We offer two auto-renewable subscription in-app purchases options (The app is free to download, but you have to subscribe to active all features to lead to the optimal results), 1 year Plan and 1 month Plan. You can choose which one is the best fit for you. When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app. For your convenience, FitWomen subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period before the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
