The use of many simultaneous algorithms allows an average measurement, dominant color measurement and partial characteristics of the measured surface. Uniformity index is a parameter that describes how homogeneous the surface is; Vibrance index, in turn, quantifies objects that have multi-colored points which are characteristic of some materials, e.g. metallic surfaces. This parameter is also associated with the surface cracking, whose structure causes micro-fission of light. The dominant color extraction technology means that the color measurement can ignore the structure it is applied to.
