Public service notifications and personal alerts are sent whenever they are relevant to the history contained in the application. The use of Chronus is conditioned to the places that establish an agreement with Mooh Tech, the company that developed the application. If the city or organization of the user does not have an agreement, the information that the service is not available in the locality will be displayed on the screen.
