Sanapsis is an iPad application designed for professional Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs). It's intended for use in therapy sessions with adult patients experiencing acquired language difficulties due to neurological impairments.
Sanapsis Lite offers a preview of some exercises available in SanapsisPro. The full version, SanapsisPro, provides a wide array of speech therapy exercises and materials in three languages: English, Finnish, and Swedish.
SanapsisPro turns your iPad into a comprehensive library of therapy ideas and materials. It's packed with exercises for all language faculties, each with varying levels of difficulty and accompanied by usage instructions and notes on what to observe during the task.
Please note, Sanapsis is designed for use by an SLP in cooperation with the patient, not for independent use. If you're not a professional but seeking rehabilitation for language deficits independently, please contact a licensed SLP for advice. Hipot -CNV Tool, facilitates comunication to persons unable to express themselves, either by illness or language barrier. The application is composed of pictograms and synthesized voice. Initially designed for hospital use in patients with aphasia or ICU, can also be used anytime, anyplace, by foreigners as a basic translator.
Text is available in nine languages: Spanish, Catalan, Euskera, Gallego, English, French, German, Chinese and Arabic.
First version includes more than 100 sets of images and words divided into categories based
on criteria of Health Care by Functional Patterns. Each set will include an icon and a male and female voice.
