The app uses the phone's location to detect when a volunteer has arrived at an event. The volunteer receives a notification asking if they are there to volunteer, and in a few taps, their hours tracked seamlessly. If there is no event near the volunteer or forgot their phone at home, volunteers can also enter hours they have previously volunteered through the Log Other Hours feature. Additionally, nonprofits administrators can turn on the Kiosk mode for users to check-in and out on their own, or they can use their in-app admin tools to check-in or out any volunteer with just a few taps.
