With ’Baby Name – Swipe & Match’ you can find your child’s name among more than 44,000 Danish first names for girls and boys. Swipe right to ‘like’ a name and swipe left to ‘ignore’ names you do not like. If you are connected with a partner* there will be a match when both you and your partner have liked the same name. All first names that have been assessed or matched are sorted out on lists, so they are easy to see and return to. In addition, ’Baby Name – Swipe & Match’ has a range of optional criteria that can be used to limit the name selection such as gender, name length requirements or specific letters that must be included in the name. Velkommen til Tjuggas søvnmeditations univers, der er skabt med et ønske om, at skabe ro for børn. I appen finder du både lydmeditationer og beroligende videoer. Du kan læse mere om hvordan du nemt kan bruge meditationerne og videoerne under ‘’introduktion’’ i appen. Videoerne har fokus på det sanselige, nære og kærlige. Igennem videoerne får barnet mulighed for, at læne sig tilbage i din favn, eller putte med dynen og opleve beroligende og langsomme naturoptagelser med Natbjørnen Tjugga og andre dejlige dyr. I videoerne er der ingen konflikter, drama eller hurtige skift, dit barn skal have mulighed for, at slappe helt af og give sig hen til roen uden at holde styr på nogen handling. Videoerne kan bruges til at skabe ro, oven på en lang dag, og er ikke tænkt som putning, da vi ikke anbefaler skærm i forbindelse med sengetid, dog kan videoerne sagtens bruges som en del af aften ritualet, hvor der bagefter gøres putteklar og der kan lyttes til søvnmeditationer. Appen kan bruges på flytilstand, når lyd og video er downloadet i appen, så der kan lyttes uforstyrret. Appen kan afspille via Bluetooth, hvis I ønsker at bruge en højttaler. Videoerne i appen kan ligeledes cromecastes, så videoerne kan opleves på større skærm. I lydmeditationerne er der både guidede drømmerejser, men også instrumentaler uden speak, alt efter hvad dit barn har brug for. Der er både kropsscanning,hviletid, opvågningsmeditation og søvnmeditationer. Både Natbjørnen Tjugga og Ræven Sally, hjælper dit barn med, at give slip på dagen på en rolig, kærlig og nænsom måde. Tjugga og Sally er ikke erstatning for mor/far/omsorgsperson når der skal puttes, men er et værktøj, der kan hjælpe med, at skabe ro omkring putningen. Både lyd og videoer henvender sig til børn i alle aldre. Appen er gratis at downloade og lytte til demoer.
