iMHere 2.0 im Vergleich zu Home HealthCare Conversations Nutzung und Statistiken

The iMHere (Interactive Mobile Health and Rehabilitation) 2.0 system is an innovative self-care reminder and mobile health delivery system currently in development at the University of Pittsburgh. The system can provide reminders for self-management tasks; track health-related information; and, if connected to the web-based portal, can provide a communication bridge among a client, caregiver, and clinician. iMHere 2.0 can be used alone as a reminder and tracking system; in conjunction with the caregiver specific app (iMHere Caregiver) to allow oversight of reminder compliance and health-related issues; and/or can be connected to the internet-based clinician portal allowing for care-plan delivery, tracking and response to medical issues, and telehealth related communication. The modules within iMHere are customizable, and users can select which ones they wish to use. Connection to the portal enables more functionality of the app that is not available when used without connectivity; such as, clinician—client messaging, caregiver oversight and tracking, and alerts when compliance with reminders is low or health-related issues are reported by the client. Currently, the app is only functional for those participating in a study. For more information about participating in our research study, please visit http://www.imhere.pitt.edu/current-study/ To learn more about the iMHere system, please visit our website at: http://www.imhere.pitt.edu/ Notes: When the experience sampling features is enabled, this app will sampling data for every 10 meters movement. These location data will be used to tag every report submitted to the server to support location-based services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life

The Home Healthcare Conversations app addresses hazards in the home that pose a risk of injury to home healthcare workers and other people in the home. It was developed collaboratively, with home healthcare workers. Home Healthcare Conversations provides guidance to home healthcare workers who need to discuss changes to their clients’ home environments to improve health and safety for both worker and client. HHC is an on-demand resource that gives Home Healthcare Workers access to information about difficult-to-discuss hazards in client homes, suggested conversation strategies for addressing the hazards, conversation saving strategies for turning a challenging discussion around, and succinct videos of conversations between home healthcare workers and clients and family members. Information is embedded in cases studies and includes a summary of each video example to highlight the most effective strategies. For home healthcare workers who are unable to effectively use or interact with the app and require an alternate method of access to the information, please contact the individuals listed below: Amy Darragh, 614-293-3760, darragh.6@osu.edu Carolyn Sommerich, 614-292-9965, sommerich.1@osu.edu Steve Lavender, 614-292-9980, lavender.1@osu.edu.
