Get your time back! The Defect Inspector app is used to electronically capture Construction and Building Defect reports and submit them to the Defect Inspector cloud-based Defect and Repair Management System. Those defects can then be assigned to sub-contractors and trades-people who repair those defects, and enable them to electronically prove that their repairs have been properly completed, and are up to the required standard. Paperless, cloud-based, centralised and almost completely automated, it will save you from hours of generating, printing and emailing defect documentation, missing photos, unnecessary travel, and manual defect/repair auditing.
