NO UPFRONT PLANNING REQUIRED Don’t want to spend time planning your routine ahead of time? Need to switch up an exercise because someone else is using the equipment you wanted? No problem! With Lifty you can perform any exercise in any order. Add on-the-fly sets to a planned workout, or start an on-the-fly workout and make it up as you go along. POWERFUL ROUTINE PLANNING TOOLS For the planners out there, Lifty has advanced tools for creating your routines and workout plans. Configure rep and weight suggestions, automatic rest timers, and custom warmups. NO HAND-HOLDING Frustrated by weight lifting apps that think they’re smarter than you? Lifty doesn’t rigidly try to tell you what to do. It does what you want and adapts to whatever workout style you prefer. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Lifty will give you real-time feedback about how you’re progressing during your workout based on total volume lifted. This will help keep you focused and motivate you to always be improving. After your workout, see charts of overall progress or progress on specific exercises. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Your body measurements can be imported from Apple Health into Lifty for more accurate active calorie estimations. Workouts are recorded into Apple Health, and your active workout calories will fill up your activity rings on Apple Watch. IN-APP SUBSCRIPTION Lifty is a paid app, but you can use it for free with some limitations. With the free version, you can save up to five workouts per month, create up to two routines, and body measurements other than weight will be locked from tracking. You can remove all limitations by upgrading to Lifty+ in the app for either $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
