You can even take notes. Create your own entry types and track whatever you want when you subscribe. You name it and choose an icon. Both custom and basic entry types also come with a notes field so you can add all the details you want. Subscriptions are $8.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Period is integrated with the Apple Health app. Connecting to Apple Health allows you to import period and related data into Period, and vice versa. It's a great way to get the most out of both apps.
