The LDX Scanner is an app that uses NFC to wirelessly communicate with the Grass Valley LDX 100 Series broadcast cameras. This app allows you to read-out diagnostics of the LDX 100, even when the camera is powered off completely. This is important, because this means that during the logistical part of the operation, there is no need to build-up the camera, power it and go through the camera's menus (although they have been build-up ergonomically as well).
