If you do not have an account, you can create one directly in the application or using the www.MyElectrica.ro web page. The application can ask you to make phone calls (so you can make calls directly from the app), to access the location (so we can display the nearest customer relationship office) and send notifications and alerts concerning the information in the customer account. The application will not access and process any personal data other than those submitted at the end of the supply contract.
