The choices we make—whether to do something we want or avoid something we don't—are always made within the constraints of four key resources: "mental energy," "physical energy," "financial resources," and "time." While the specifics may vary from person to person, no one is entirely free from these constraints. We are not only influenced by these resources; our actions also impact them.
