You can change the settings for quality and resolution of 1080p or 4k per eye. Change the focus mode from "Continuous" to "Auto Focus" or "Locked" focus. There are settings for stabilization as well. You should avoid a lot of movement and do smooth panning moves. Let the action be what's moving around the camera! Choose bitrate for the amount of data to stream out, from 6mbps to 20mbps.
