In the measurements tab, you will be shown a calendar and for each day, you can input three different metrics: the number of kg/lbs, biceps, and waist measurements. The second tab is a chart section with three different graphics illustrating your weight, biceps, and waist measurements progress. The graphs have been specially created to indicate your desired progress, stagnation, or regress. Depending on your goal of either losing or gaining weight, you can keep track of your results and access a simple yet beautiful chart indicating trends and mirroring your advancements.
