How It Works: 1) Search by "Expert Type" such as a Lactation Consultant, Doula (Childbirth Doula or Postpartum Doula), or Sleep Consultant 2) Tailor your search results to your specific needs. You can find experts that are available Now (On-Demand), sometime Today, or Soon (loads all search results). There are also numerous filters to help narrow down your choices, such as our "Inclusivity" filters that help improve maternal healthcare results for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people. We also have a "Languages" filter (with 25 options) if you'd prefer to speak with an expert in a language other than English. 3) Review In-Depth Profiles of experts by scanning their experience, working style, ratings & reviews, and prices to find the best fit for you 4) Make An Appointment or if completing an "On-Demand" call, we'll place you into the Waiting Room after "prep" finishes 5) Prepare for Telehealth Call: Fill out the "Client Intake Forms" in advance and find a well-lit, comfortable place with a strong wifi signal 6) Create "Care Plan" Together: Your expert will help you create a "Care Plan" and troubleshoot any issues you might be having *Use your HSA/FSA funds to save money on telehealth consultations.
