With Me When vs RR: Eating Disorder Management Usage & Stats

Eating disorder recovery happens 24 hours a day. That’s why With Me When was designed to help you find inspiration, education, and encouragement wherever you go. The app was created by a team of clinicians who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, compulsive overeating, OSFED, and ARFID and informed by individuals with personal experience of an eating disorder. With Me When is intended as a companion to treatment, but it can also be a helpful resource for anyone struggling with food or body issues. With Me When features a variety of tools to help you stay on track throughout your recovery journey, including: • Goals setting - Enter your daily goals and describe what you need to achieve them. Check in on your goals and rate how you did. • Food log - Record your meals and snacks with ease. Use a meal plan setting or enter foods as free text. You can also take photos of your food so you can track your eating habits visually. • Feelings log - Express your feelings at meals and snacks, or anytime in between. Choose from a list of feelings or enter your own notes. • Behavior log - Track when you use eating disorder behaviors through this customizable log so you can discuss any issues that arise with a treatment provider. • Skills toolkit - Explore and save skills that work for you. Skills categories are: Coping, Distractions, Learning, and Inspiration. • Mindfulness exercises - Use the built-in breathing meditation tool when you need a moment to relax and reflect. With the ability to customize logs and “favorite” skills, you can tailor the With Me When experience so that it’s uniquely yours. If you’re an Emily Program client, you can also complete your client paperwork and receive appointment alerts through the app. Take control of your eating disorder recovery and download With Me When today.
