This highly requested feature is now available with Shopper Intelligence. It enables you to quickly identify trends and growth opportunities by comparing different brands and category combinations.
With the new Benchmarking module, you can:
- Understand which brand is winning per category
- Monitor trends in consumer demand through category comparison
- Analyze brands’ category focus by comparing a single brand across multiple categories
2. Period-over-Period Performance
Analyze year-over-year (YoY) and month-over-month (MoM) performance changes.
Understanding historical trends has become much more important as we try to return to pre-COVID-19 normalcy in 2021.
The new period-over-period view makes it easier to benchmark performance and growth rates against past periods, putting this year’s numbers into context.
With period-over-period performance, you can:
- Benchmark your growth rates against competitors and category averages
- Monitor category growth to stay on top of consumer demand and identify new category opportunities
- Set the right growth targets for 2022
